Progress Monitoring & Reports turn your child's hard work into clear, understandable growth you can actually see. Instead of vague comments like "doing better," you receive specific information about which reading skills are improving and what we will tackle next.

Over the course of our 6-week tutoring cycles, we check in regularly on phonics, decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension using quick, child-friendly assessments. At the halfway point and end of the package, we translate that data into parent-friendly reports. You will see where your child started, what has changed, and which "scoop levels" they have moved through in our ice cream framework.

Each report includes simple ideas for home support, such as games for practicing certain sounds or ways to talk about stories during bedtime reading. Families tell us these reports make it much easier to talk with classroom teachers and to feel confident that tutoring time is being used wisely. Your child also sees their progress in our reading celebrations, which keeps motivation high.
